Chloe Zhao is currently in her senior year of illustration major at the School of Visual Arts in New York.

Her work is full of rich details, exquisite lines, appealing colors, dramatic light and shadow, and is based on careful research. She is committed to bringing scenes and characters in Western history, literature, and art history to life in her own way.

Based on her love of reading, museums, and New York City, and drawing on her expertise in literature and art history, she has the ability to tackle complex texts and culturally rich projects. Chloe specializes in illustrating fantasy, literary, and historical books. She is currently working on a guidebook and merchandise project featuring the Met Cloisters Museum in Upper Manhattan.

In addition, she is passionate about the arts community. She once worked as an assistant curator for AHHH! (Asian Artist Community Exhibition) in New York. She also worked as an associate tutor and media operator in the international education department of Shuhua Art Education Institution.
